ur Manufacturing capabilities/machinery We currently employ 25 people and our annual turnover is approx £1,100,000. Cutting One automatic and two semi-automatic HSS saws and a George fisher brush de-burring machine. Capacity 3" diameter 3mm wall. Drilling Eight pedestal drills, three semi-automatic tapping machines, four Bridgeport milling machines Welding Nine MIG welding plants, 3 TIG welding plants, 2 brazing units and a flash butt welder. Tube Bending SOCO SB-50 CNC mandrel tube bender, capacity up to 50mm diameter x 2.5mm wall. Offline software programming. Langbow Unbend 1 crush bender, capacity 38mm diameter x 2mm wall. Sheet Metal Amada NC guillotine, 5mm max. four Amada CNC press brakes(1x25 ton,2x50 ton,1x80 ton), Amada CNC turret punch with auto index(30 ton), 6mm max. Offline software programming, spot welding facility, stud welding facility, Kingsland (70 ton) double ended press, Geka (50 ton) press, Pedinghaus steelworker. Brought in laser cutting from partner company. Sanding Two vertical belt sanding machines, five pneumatic air hand operates sanders. Spraying We operate an online three stage iron phosphate pre-treatment followed by a dual sided powder coating system with stoving ovens. We hold over 250 colours in stock. Tool shop Two Bridgeport milling machines, surface grinder, two tool grinders, Colchester lathe.
